If you have never tried one than it is time for you to have a pedicure. Pedicures are some of the most relaxing techniques that you could ever try. One of the best things about these pedicures is that they can make your feet and toes look great and they give you a great massage to help you relax through the whole process.
There are many types of pedicure foot spas that you can get. The most commonly chosen types are the standard pedicure, paraffin pedicure, exfoliating pedicure, and the French pedicure. The standard pedicure is the most simplest type and is where they will remove any old nail polish from the toes, soak the feet, trim the cuticles and toenails, perform an exfoliation of the heel, and add new nail polish.
The paraffin pedicure is just like the standard pedicure except they will also do a paraffin wax dip for the feet. Paraffin wax will help to moisturize the dry skin on the feet and to allow the moisture to be locked in. The French pedicure is the same thing as the standard except white polish will be painted on to the tips of the toenails only. After which the rest of the toenail will be painted with a light pink color or nude color.
An exfoliating pedicure is the same thing as a standard pedicure except that it also has an extra amount of scrub that will remove the dead skin from the feet. They do this by using a pumice stone and a sugar or salt scrub. The foot will look younger and smoother after the dead skin is removed.
